Interview Process for Industrial Scholarship Applicants Held at Ardakan University

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Office of Ardakan University, interviews with applicants for the industrial scholarship program were conducted at Ardakan University. The sessions were attended by the candidates, selected industry experts, several faculty members, and university officials.

This program, implemented for the first time in Ardakan County, aims to supply elite and specialized human resources based on the needs of industries through collaboration among the university, industry, and the Elite Foundation. Accepted students will receive necessary training from both the university and industry throughout their studies. In addition to gaining real workplace experience, they will benefit from insurance coverage, educational stipends, and military service benefits.

At the beginning of the interview process, Dr. Ahmad Fattahi, President of Ardakan University, addressed the faculty members and industry experts, emphasizing the importance and necessity of properly implementing this program. He also called for increased cooperation between the industrial sector and the university to help resolve national issues.

Dr. Behzad Kafash, Vice Chancellor for Education and Research at Ardakan University, explained the operational procedures of the industrial scholarship program and the criteria used for scoring applicants. He acknowledged the university’s efforts over the past year in establishing connections with various local industries to introduce this program. Dr. Kafash highlighted that utilizing the elite scholarship capacity within the province’s industries will drive industrial progress and secure the future employment of top talents. He added that the interviews for the industrial scholarship at Ardakan University would be conducted according to the existing conditions.

During the interview sessions, experts from the Ardakan Steel Smelting Company, Novin Electrode, Kasra Paper, Goldis Tile, and Venus Tile companies selected their required personnel based on the applicants’ submitted documents and posed specialized questions to the candidates.
